Unified Messaging is an optional application for use with Nortel Networks Business Communications Manager that allows users to manage all their voice, fax and email messages from the convenience of their multimedia-equipped PC or laptop. Unified Messaging is feature-rich, easy-to-use and enables users to view and listen to all their messages on their desktop or retrieve them from any remote location. Features: Receive notification of new messages while logged on to MS Outlook or Exchange Print text messages Create new messages (either text or verbal) using the Compose Message command Create personal address book entries and lists Reply to one or all messages Save any message View the message envelope information File messages Use the Help menu to access topics on Unified Messaging Change mailbox password Play voice messages Prioritise and sort messages by: classification (i.e. urgent, certified, normal), date and time, sender, subject Record voice messages Forward, send, reply to, save, delete and archive voice messages View, print and compose faxes System Requirements: Be running Windows 95/98, Windows 2000 or Windows NT Be connected to the same TCP/IP network as the email server and the Business Communications Manager Have Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Outlook or Windows Messaging client software installed Have at least 5MB of free disk space Product Search:
