FEATURES- CompactFlash CF+ Serial I/O Card

Add a high-speed RS-232 Serial port to your mobile computer with the Serial I/O Card. Connect to the world of serial devices such as fax/modems, digital cameras, bar code scanners, monitoring and control systems, writers for court reporting, data collection gear, lab equipment, GPS receivers, wireless receivers and transceivers, label printers, and more. Windows treats the card just like COM ports, so setup is a snap.

This card uses the CompactFlash Type I form factor, so its fits in Type I or II slots and works with all Windows-powered Pocket PCs and Handheld PC Pros. The ultra thin Type I form factor fits into a standard PC Card adapter (not included), so you can use the cards to add COM ports to any Handheld PC with a PC Card slot. 3.3 volt or 5 volt operation makes it a universal plug-in card for Windows powered computers.

Draws just 2.4 mA in standby mode. Includes card, 13" removable DB-9 cable, and manual.

* 16550 UART runs up to 115.2Kbps for use with external high-speed modems.

* Configurable to be COM 1, 2, 3 or 4.
