   you're able to see the name and number of your incoming callers. You can

* Multi-Action Sorter
   The Multi-Action Sorter facilitates document management as copies, 
   prints and faxes are routed to three different trays, always keeping 
   those documents separate from each other. What's more, it enables 
   network print users who are connected to the optional KX-FA102 LAN Board 
   to print to a designated tray of their choice. So, with such specific 
   page direction, there's no sifting through documents trying to figure 
   out what belongs to whom or which department.
* Scan/network Scan Capability
   With the Push Scan feature, you just set your item on the flatbed or in 
   the document feeder, choose which PC to send it to, and press scan. The 
   scanned image pops up on your computer, giving you the option to save it 
   or send it as an email attachment. By connecting to an optional LAN 
   Board, you can become part of a network that enables you to scan and 
   send a document to any users who are connected. One or multiple users 
   can scan to email choosing PDF, JPEG or TIFF files. The scan(s) will 
   appear on each recipient's computer in an email that is generated 
   automatically. The result is beautiful, vibrant, full-color 
   reproductions with 9600 dpi. You can even convert scanned pages to 
   editable documents with the included Readiris OCR software.
