 Overview 
The compact FlexPoint 100Fx/Tx media converter functions in either full-duplex or half-duplex mode to achieve the highest level of network performance. The mode of operation is switch-selectable. When set at auto-negotiation, the converter auto-senses the ability of the connected device on the UTP port and adapts to the highest available bandwidth. When set at the manual mode, the converter provides manual control of full- or half-duplex operation.
