 Overview 
This PCI bus single 9-pin Ultra High Speed 16650 UART Serial Port card adds one accelerated COM Port to any PCI equipped PC. It is capable of data transmission rates up to 460.8k bps (including 230.4k bps). An integrated 32-byte FIFO buffer with software configurable Tx/Rx triggers, 4X clock and on-board flow control guarantees errorless data transmission even at top speed. It includes "Lava Com Port Redirect" and "Lava Modem Speed Set" utility software for easy configuration of 230.4k bps capable external modems.

The LavaPort-650 is 100% compatible with all 56K external modems and ISDN external terminal adapters. It ships with drivers for Windows 3x, Windows 95/98 and Windows NT 4.0. Easy Plug & Play installation automatically selects the next available IRQ and COM address - just plug in and go! It comes with a Lava Lifetime Warranty.
