Additional Warranty Information	Electrovaya warrants to the original purchaser ("Customer") the PowerPad and its components ("Product") to be free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period ("warranty period") of 6 Months from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, should the Product, in Electrovaya's opinion, malfunction, Electrovaya's sole liability shall be to either repair or replace the malfunctioning Product with a similar Product atreimburse the purchase payment, provided that the malfunctioning Product is returned, with proof of purchase, in the form of your sales receipt, within the warranty period to the address specified hereon. This warranty is void if Electrovaya determines the Product has been serviced by anyone other than Electrovaya, damaged from accident, misuse, misapplication, abuse or has been operated outside of the parameters of the Safety and Instruction Manual. This warranty is made in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed, or implied, of merchantability, or of fitness for a specific purpose. The remedy set forth herein shall be the sole, exclusive remedy with respect to the Product. No person is authorized to make any other warranty or representation concerning the performance of the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. Under no circumstances will Electrovaya be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages including any loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of data whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory. Electrovaya shall not be liable for any claims made by a third party or made by you for a third party. This Warranty is not transferable. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for certain products, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
