Based on an open architecture using standard high-performance PC-class servers and popular network operating systems, the AccelePort® RAS™ Family meets a wide range of remote access needs, including connectivity for mobile employees, telecommuters, branch offices, and SOHO (small office, home office) users

A single AccelePort RAS concentrator provides up to 4 or 8 simultaneous analog remote access sessions, for users connecting via standard POTS lines at speeds up to 56Kbps. These concentrator cards are easy to install in Microsoft NT®, Novell® or UNIX servers with the standard PCI bus.

Up to four adapters supported in a single server for 16 simultaneous connections
Four on-board Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) - one for every modem
Initiation and termination of analog calls up to 56K
