The LightLid EL is an accessory for scanning film transparencies for use with the ScanMaker V6UPL and the ScanMaker X12USL. This unit replaces the standard scanner lid, providing backlighting for scanning film positives or negatives up to 5" x 6". Installation is simple: Just plug the LightLid EL into the accessory port on the back of the scanner. No external power supply is required.
