Neutron, Inc. has an opening for an experienced, mid-level Customer Service Supervisor. Responsibilities include: supervision of customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, and correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and resolving complaints or disputes. Discusses job performance problems with employees and identifies causes and issues and corrective action plans. Interview and select employees; train and instruct in job duties and company policies. Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards, and goal achievement standards. Associates Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Human Resources are relevant fields to this position, with three to five years business experience.

Position: Project Assistant/Office Assistant
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our organization
as a Project Assistant/Office Assistant. The position requires the
ability to analyze and monitor sales records, trends and economic
conditions to anticipate consumer-buying patterns and determine
what the company will sell. Familiarity with on-line shopping techniques
and the ability to research product materials is helpful.
Knowledge of computers, parts and accessories, or an IT background is
helpful but not required. Good written and oral communication skills

Position: Customer Service Representative/Call Center
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as
part-time or full-time
Customer Service Representatives/Call Center. These are entry-level positions with room for advancement for motivated individuals. The position requires the ability to confer with customers by telephone, e-mail or fax and provide information about products and services, building customer relationships, resolving customer complaints, and some in-bound sales.
