Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Neutron, Inc. has an opening for an experienced, mid-level Customer Service Supervisor. Responsibilities include: supervision of customer service employees to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures, and correcting errors or problems. Provide employees with guidance in handling difficult or complex problems and resolving complaints or disputes. Discusses job performance problems with employees and identifies causes and issues and corrective action plans. Interview and select employees; train and instruct in job duties and company policies. Associates Degree in Business Management, Marketing or Human Resources are relevant fields to this position, with three to five years business experience.

Position: Customer Service Representative/Call Center
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as
part-time or full-time
Customer Service Representatives/Call Center. These are entry-level positions with room for advancement for motivated individuals. The position requires the ability to confer with customers by telephone, e-mail or fax and provide information about products and services, building customer relationships, resolving customer complaints, and some in-bound sales. Must be able to deal with a volume of 50-60 inbound calls per day. Must be goal-oriented and able to multi-task. Must have a good command of the English language. Candidates with Spanish as a second language are also needed to work with our international customers. Prior experience in the field of customer service or call centers desired, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel or Access and Internet search engines required.
