Position: Billing Verification Specialist

Our company is searching for a dynamic, multi-tasker to join our organization as a full-time Billing Verification Specialist. Responsibilities include: processing incoming on-line orders for merchandise by verifying billing and shipping information, reviewing order for completeness, contacting customers to obtain correct credit card or purchase order information or relaying account information, and resolving discrepancies in payment records in a timely, efficient manner. Requires excellent communication skills to inform customers by telephone, fax or e-mail of order receipt information, such as unit prices, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately identify the problem, analyze the information, and then choosing the best resolution and then evaluating the results.

A high school diploma, with one to two years' prior experience in billing verification preferred.

Job Duties:
  1. Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors. Verify billing and charge information: credit card, purchase orders, wire-in transfers, etc.
  2. Contact customers in order to obtain or relay account information
  3. Verify customer contact information including: bill to, ship to, preferred payment, 411 address verification, or customer returns.
  4. Data entry of communication with customer regarding account transactions.
  5. Resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
  6. Phone backup for customer service, and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Clerical/Administrative Skills: Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, faxing, copying, and other office procedures.
  2. Documentation/Recording Information: Entering, recording, storing or maintaining information in written or electronic form.
  3. Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  4. Attention to Detail: Verifying accuracy of one's own work, good organizational and follow-up skills, and exceptional time management skills.

Position: Product Sales & Marketing Manager

We are currently seeking a talented, qualified individual to join our organization as a Web Developer The position requires the ability to develop graphics with good art design through the use of; color, fonts, and layouts for our Internet Website. Position: Customer Service Representative/Call Center

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our team as part-time or full-time Customer Service Representatives/Call Center. These are entry-level positions with room for advancement for motivated individuals. The position requires the ability to confer with customers by telephone, e-mail or fax and provide information about products and services, building customer relationships, resolving customer complaints, and some in-bound sales.
